Arkay Voices: Working at Arkay

Several of our employees asked to be in this inspiring video so that they might share the positive experiences they have enjoyed working at Arkay in different positions and departments – and for various lengths of time.

Sharing their personal backgrounds and perceptions, each tells a story of how valued they feel working at a company they know appreciates and encourages them. Many have worked their way up through the years, promoted in an atmosphere of inclusion and validation. As one of our employees says in this video, Arkay makes everyone feel welcome, regardless of their race or age or religion. It is a powerful motivator for individual achievement and a contributor to Arkay’s continued growth and success through the years.
